Intel announced this summer its next generation Atom processors for net-books, however the new net books with Intel Atom Cedar Trail platform have not yet hit the market. VR-Zone says the delay is due to problems with graphics drivers, causing the postponement of the release dates of the processors until late December. This means that net-books with Cedar Trail processors will not market until early next year.

Asus, a pioneer in this type of equipment is already preparing to upgrade to the latest Intel Atom line of mini-laptops. The company recently added its support site the user manuals for a handful of new net-books with processors Cedar Trail, among which include the Eee PC R051CX, 1011CX Eee PC and Eee PC R011CX.
